Bourbon time!

One of my hobbies is tasting spirits, most notably Single Malt Scotches and American Bourbons.  I picked up new bottle tonight of 1792 Ridgemont Reserve.  It's incredible.  A nice muted reddish color with a decidedly caramel nose.  Also, think Rye.  And think Rye some more.  And it has the one attribute that I need in all my whisk(e)ys and that is a nice long finish.  For around $30.00 you can do a lot worse.
